$300 Instant Boaters' Credit
In order to help combat the rising cost of boating to The Bahamas, boaters to Old Bahama Bay Resort & Yacht Harbour can now collect a $300 Instant Credit. In order to receive this $300 credit guests must stay at least 4 consecutive nights in the marina and the hotel at Old Bahama Bay.
The valid travel period is now through June 30, 2013, and bookings must be made by June 26, 2013.

Small Boaters Package
With a minimum of any 3 night stay, boaters with crafts 35' and under are eligible to receive the special package price which includes dockage for vessels 35' and under and a standard hotel room, plus all service charges and taxes including a $20 per day, per room Resort Fee which provides marina guests use of the WiFi, fitness center, snorkel equipment, water toys and bicycles.
Rates March 11 - September 5, 2013 start at $1,048 for three nights with $350 for each additional night.
Rates September 6 - February 14, 2014 start at $832 for three nights with $278 for each additional night.
The Package Rates do not include Bahamian Cruising Permit, water, electric, cable or phone. These rates are based on hotel double occupancy, with additional in-room guests charged at $50 per day. Group Rates
Old Bahama Bay is the idea location for your next fling or rendezvous. Group rates are available with as few as 5 slips and/or hotel rooms. Contact groups@obbresort.com for all the details.
Free Cruising Permit
Dock your vessel at Old Bahama Bay for a minimum of 30 days and we will reimburse you for your Bahamas Cruising Permit.
Permit includes fishing permit, departure tax for up to 3 people and a 2nd re-entry within a 90 day period. Advance reservations required with pre-payment.

Terms, Conditions, Special Member Deals
PERMITS & FEES - $150 per vessel 30’ and under; $300 per vessel 31’ and above includes clearance, cruising permit and fishing fee for up to three people; $20 per additional person. Fees are valid for two entries within a 90-day period and are paid (in cash) at the Customs & Immigration office located next to the Marina Office.
DEPOSIT – First night of dockage is required to confirm reservation. Deposit requirement for long-term is one month dockage fee.
HOLIDAY WEEKENDS - Three night stay is required for all major U.S. Holiday Weekends, including Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day. In addition, a 3 night deposit required, with cancellation policy of 30 days out for these holiday weekends.
CANCELLATIONS: Reservation cancellations made within 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival, and no-shows, will forfeit any deposit paid. However, if the cancellation or change is due to weather we reserve the right to hold the deposit and it may be used toward a future stay up to 6 months after the day of cancellation.
