BOB VAN BERGEN	General Manager Bob Van Bergen brings over 30 years of hospitality management experience to his current role. Prior to joining Old Bahama Bay at Ginn sur Mer, Van Bergen served as the general manager for Ginn Reunion Resort, a 2,300 acre luxury golf community near Orlando, Fla. and Ginn Hammock Beach, one of the top destinations on Florida’s east coast. Van Bergen has also worked with Aircoa Hotels, the Radisson Hotel Corporation and Destination Hotels and Resorts, where he served as general manager for several resort communities from Colorado to South Carolina. Van Bergen has successfully opened three four-diamond properties, including the Boardwalk Inn at Wild Dunes in South Carolina.
JAMES M. CULMER	VP Finance James Culmer, a member of the West End local government, earned his Business Administration degree in the U.S. and has served in a variety of hotel finance and controller positions on Grand Bahama Island for 15 years.
DONALD GLASS	VP Human Resources Donald Glass has more than 25 years experience with some of the largest hospitality and chemical manufacturing companies in Grand Bahama. Mr. Glass earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Albuquerque and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Miami.
BRENT INGRAHAM	VP Resort Sales Brent Ingraham joins Old Bahama Bay at Ginn sur Mer directly from his position as Director of Catering & Conventions Services at the Westin & Sheraton Grand Bahama Beach & Golf Resort. He also served as General Manager, Creative Services Destination Management International; Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Casino Marketing, Crowne Plaza Golf Resort & Casino; General Manager, Holiday Inn Nassau and Casino Host and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing; Bahamas Princess Golf Resort & Casino.
