Pump Out Service	New pump out service at your slip or at the fuel dock. $30 for the first tank of 45 gallons and $40 cents per gallon thereafter.
Guest Services Card	Available at Front Desk. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. May be used for amenity charges and at the Bonefish Folley's. Please stop by the Marina office for your receipts before departure.
Ice	10 lb. for $3, delivered to the boat or at the Fuel Dock.
Cable	Cable TV connection is included free of charge.
Telephone, Fax & Internet	Pay phone, phone cards, internet access & fax machine is available through the concierge. Incoming faxes can be sent to (242) 346-6546 and picked up at the Front Desk. Outgoing faxes at $5 per page. Voice, fax and internet is available at the slips. Check with the Front Desk.
Water	Portable city water charged at $10 daily for boats under 60 feet and $15 for boats 60 feet and over (mandatory).
Laundry	Token-operated washers and dryers, Tokens ($1.50) at Fuel Dock. 24 hours.
Security / Dockmaster	Gated community with 24-hour security patrol; call Ch. 16 for assistance.
Showers	Renovated facilities on the east and west sides of the Marina. Hair Dryers.
News Services	New York Times Daily Fax and weather reports at the Front Desk at 7:30 am.
