Transient Dockage
Dockage:	$1.75 / ft / night
Weekly dockage:	$1.40 / ft (7 days or more)
Electric:	$0.50 / ft / ea. line nightly (<= 59ft) $0.70 / ft / ea. line nightly (>59ft)
Water for non live aboard:	$10 / day (<=59ft) $15 / day (>59ft)
Long Term Winter Dockage Rates
One to Three Months:	$0.80 / ft / daily
Three to Six Months:	$0.65 / ft / daily
Electric:	$0.35 / kWh metered (<= 59ft) $0.45 kWh metered (>59ft)
Water for non live aboard:	$10.00 / week (<= 59ft) $15.00 / week (60ft - 79ft) $20.00 / week (> 79ft)
Water for live aboard:	$10.00 / day (<= 59ft) $15.00 / day (60ft - 79ft) $15.00 / day (> 79ft)

Long Term Summer Dockage Rates
30 Days or More:	$1.50 / ft (40ft minimum)
Electric:	$0.45 / kWh (metered)
Water for non live aboard:	$10.00 / week (<= 59ft) $20.00 / week (>59ft)
Water for live aboard:	$10.00 / day (<= 59ft) $15.00 / day (> 59ft)

*PERMITS & FEES - $150 per vessel 35’ and under; $300 per vessel 36’ and above includes clearance, cruising permit and fishing fee for up to four people; $15 per additional person. Fees are valid for two entries within a 90-day period.

*DEPOSIT – First night of dockage is required to confirm reservation. Deposit requirement for long term is one month dockage fee.

*HOLIDAY WEEKEND - Three night stay is required for all major U.S. Holidays and Weekends.

*FUEL DOCK - Hours are from 7am to 6pm.

*MARINA LIFE MEMBERS - Receives 10% discount on dockage.

*MARSH HARBOUR YACHT CLUB - Receives 10% discount on dockage and no mandatory charge for water.

*HOME OWNERS - Receives 20% discount on dockage.

*GINN LONG TERM BOATS - $0.80 per foot durring Summer.

Utilities

Water is $10.00 daily when on-board for boats under 60 feet & $15.00 for 60 feet and above.

Marina services include fuel, ice, laundry, shower facilities, cable, phone service, etc. Group rates also available for hotel accommodations. Beach BBQ and entertainment available. Custom-designed group activities and games.

*CANCELLATION: 48 hours prior to arrival, any cancellation or change during this time will forfeit any deposit paid. However, if the cancellation or change is due to weather we reserve the right to hold the deposit and it may be used toward a future stay up to 12 months after the day of cancellation.
