is a full-service marina destination with 72 – slips
situated at the spectacular oceanfront resort and residential
community of Old Bahama Bay. Located only 56 miles from
Palm Beach, Florida, the marina is an official Bahamian
Port of Entry, providing efficient on-site Bahamian Customs
and Immigration to guests. The marina offers state-of-the-art
facilities, including a controlling depth of 8 feet at
mean low tide and one of the few Bahamian harbors lit
for night navigation.
An ideal haven for transient and long-term marina guest, the marina offers an
array of services and amenities to boaters, including electricity, water, fuel
(diesel, gasoline, oil), 24-hour dock security, chandlery with sundries. In addition,
pay phone, phone cards, Internet access and fax machine is available through
the concierge. Marina guests can enjoy dining at Bonefish Folley's, which overlooks
the marina, the resort, and the expanse of the Little Bahama Bank. The restaurant features indoor and veranda dining in a casual and
charming atmosphere offering Bahamian and Caribbean dishes as well as an extensive
wine list. In addition, guests can enjoy casual dining at the beachside Straw
Bar or fine dining at Aqua, first truly gourmet restaurant on Grand Bahama Island.
Marina guests also have access to resort amenities and facilities including the

Utilities:
For
all boats up to 59 feet, the electric rate is $0.40 per
ft for 100/200 +30, 50 and 100- amp service and $0.60
per ft for boats 60+ feet. Water is $10.00 daily when
on-board for boats under 60 feet and $15.00 for 60 feet
and above.
Long-term dockage is available at the
following rates: $1.65 per feet for seven to thirty days;
$0.80 per feet for one to three months; and $0.65 per
feet for four to six months. Minimum charge is 40 feet.
For fishing enthusiasts,
the marina is within close proximity to the warm and
nutrient waters of the Gulf Stream, which is home to
marlin, tuna, dolphin and Wahoo providing some of the
world’s finest deep-sea fishing.
To the north and east of West End are the shallows of
The Little Bahama Bank, offering over 80 square miles
of flats, suitable to all skill levels of fly-fishing.
The Little Bahama Bank is excellent for snook, permit
and bonefish - one of the most challenging game fish.
Reef fishing is plentiful and just minutes from resort
with numerous varieties of snapper, grouper and a multitude
of other reef dwelling species.
