Senior Rates:	The Senior’s rate of 20% off regular rates is available mid-week from Sunday through Thursday for guests over 60 years of age. Identification must be provided at check-in. Guests need only request the Senior’s Rate when making their reservation.
Meal Plans:	FAP (Full Breakfast, lunch and Dinner) MAP (Full Breakfast and Dinner) Children under 12 at half price. Meal plan can be purchased for entire length of stay or for any portion thereof. Other Important Information:	Proof of citizenship is when traveling to and from the Bahamas, Passport or a Birth Certificate with picture ID. All reservations will only be guaranteed and confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit. Cancellation Policy,Deposit will be forfeited if reservation is cancelled within 21 days of scheduled arrival. When traveling to and from The Bahamas:
You must have PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP.
• As of January 23rd, all US citizens are required to have a valid US Passport to travel to and from The Bahamas. Call the Bahamas Tourist Office at 1-800-BAHAMAS or read about traveling to the Bahamas for more information. .
Upon arrival on Grand Bahama Island:
• You will be greeted at the airport. Please exit the airport and a transfer driver will be holding a sign with your name on it.
Old Bahama Bay at Ginn sur Mer's Payment Policy:
• Reservations are confirmed only after the initial deposit of 30% per person is received.
• The balance of the payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
• Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be forfeited if reservation is cancelled within 21 days of scheduled arrival. Except from July 15 - November 1, during which it is 7 days.
